Cirrus

Dining at Cirrus is a delight, not only for the top class seafood but the stunning views across Darling Harbor, where you can see Goat Island. Cirrus is a part of the highly popular Bentley Restaurant group and the high standards that they have achieved cross over here.

The restaurant focuses on sustainably caught seafood and seasonal produce from local growers. There is a tremendous wine cellar that features over five hundred different wines, and thirty are available by the glass.

Saint Peter

St Peter is situated in Paddington and is a brilliant eatery for people that live in the city as the menu changes on a daily basis. All the dishes are made from sustainable seafood, so expect parts of the fish you would not normally see at normal fish restaurants. Such as roe, liver, scales and even testicles!

Dishes that are commonly served here are, Sea Urchin Crumpet, Smoked Eel Pikelets, and Marron Scrambled Eggs.

The Boathouse

Glebe is a gem when it comes to suburbs in Sydney, there are plenty of eclectic little eateries and cozy pubs to be found. The Boathouse is right on the banks of Blackwattle Bay and is a must-visit eatery when you come to Sydney.

The views from the Boathouse are stunning, right across the Anzac Bridge and even the historic fish market can be seen. The head chef, Colin Barker basis his dishes on seasonal food and there are regular favourites such as Snapper Pie.
